At Good Steward Lending Services, Inc. we strive to offer our Private Lenders the best loan management services so they can spend less time working on each deal, and more time making new ones. Our services include origination, loan processing, underwriting, loan document preparation, and construction loan management.
Our loan processors complete a number of administrative tasks allowing the lender, loan originator, and executives more time to find and execute opportunities. The loan processors’ tasks include gathering required information based on the loan type, ordering appraisals, verifying income, pulling credit reports, ordering background checks on the borrower & related individuals, ordering title insurance, and being the liaison between the borrower, loan originators, & underwriters.
